Article D111-6 of the French Consumer Code

The special rules applicable to certain platform operators mentioned in I of Article L. 111-7 are set out in the provisions specific to each of them.

The general rules of articles D. 111-7 to D. 111-8 apply without prejudice to these special rules.

Les règles générales des articles D. 111-7 à D. 111-8 s’appliquent sans préjudice de ces règles particulières.
