Article D112-21-1 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Electronic Internet voting may be used for the election of staff representatives to the Board of Directors, by decision of the Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée, in accordance with the conditions laid down by Decree no. 2011-595 of 26 May 2011 on the conditions and procedures for implementing electronic Internet voting for the election of staff representatives to staff representation bodies in the civil service.

The principle and organisational arrangements for electronic voting are subject to the prior opinion of the social committee of the administration.

Il peut être recouru au vote électronique par internet pour l’élection des représentants du personnel au conseil d’administration, sur décision du président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée, selon les conditions fixées par le décret n° 2011-595 du 26 mai 2011 relatif aux conditions et modalités de mise en œuvre du vote électronique par internet pour l’élection des représentants du personnel au sein des instances de représentation du personnel de la fonction publique.

Le principe et les modalités d’organisation du vote électronique sont soumis à l’avis préalable du comité social d’administration.
