A contract for mixed employment and professional equality between women and men, giving entitlement to the State financial aid provided for in sub-section 2, is concluded between the State and the employer, after consultation with the nationally representative employee trade union organisations located in the company, if any.
Un contrat pour la mixité des emplois et l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes, ouvrant droit à l’aide financière de l’Etat prévue à la sous-section 2, est conclu entre l’Etat et l’employeur, après avis des organisations syndicales de salariés représentatives au plan national implantées dans l’entreprise si elles existent.
