Article D1233-47 of the French Labour Code

An agreement concluded between the prefect(s) of the department(s) concerned and the company sets out the terms and conditions of the latter’s participation, where applicable, in the actions implemented.
The volume of this participation is taken into account for the allocation of aid for redeployment and professional retraining as provided for in article L. 5123-1.

Une convention conclue entre le ou les préfets du ou des départements intéressés et l’entreprise détermine les modalités de la participation, le cas échéant, de celle-ci aux actions mise en œuvre.
Le volume de cette participation est pris en compte pour l’attribution des aides aux actions de reclassement et de reconversion professionnelle prévues à l’article L. 5123-1.
