Any employer, with the exception of the agricultural professions, may enter into a fixed-term employment contract, pursuant to 1° of article L. 1242-3, with a person aged over 57 who has been registered for more than three months as a jobseeker or benefiting from a personalised redeployment agreement, in order to facilitate his or her return to employment and enable him or her to acquire additional rights with a view to the liquidation of his or her retirement at the full rate.
