For employees declared by an individual referred to in 3° of article L. 133-5-6 of the Social Security Code to the body referred to in article L. 133-5-10 of the same code and whose number of hours worked under the employment contract does not exceed, for a given contract, thirty-two hours per month, the remuneration shown on the universal employment-service voucher includes an indemnity in lieu of paid holiday equal to one tenth of the gross remuneration.
The thirty-two hour threshold is assessed on the first day of the first month of the annual holiday period as defined by the applicable collective agreement or on the effective date of the employment contract if later.
The holiday pay scheme provided for in this article applies to remuneration paid throughout the period referred to in the previous paragraph.
