Article D131-23-1 of the French Sports Code

Without prejudice to the allowances mentioned in article R. 131-21, an allowance may be paid to the sports technical advisor, up to an annual amount set in the framework agreement mentioned in article R. 131-23, either by the sports federation with which he/she works, or by its national, regional or departmental bodies. In the latter case, the sports federation shall define and implement the means by which it is kept regularly informed of the amounts directly paid in this respect by its national, regional or departmental bodies.

The allowance referred to in the first paragraph is subject to the system of social security contributions and contributions laid down for allowances paid by the State.

Article D131-23-1

Sans préjudice des indemnités mentionnées à l’article R. 131-21, une indemnité peut être versée au conseiller technique sportif, dans la limite d’un montant annuel fixé dans la convention-cadre mentionnée à l’article R. 131-23, soit par la fédération sportive auprès de laquelle il exerce, soit par ses organes nationaux, régionaux ou départementaux. Dans ce dernier cas, la fédération sportive définit et met en place les moyens par lesquels elle est régulièrement tenue informée des montants directement versés à ce titre par ses organes nationaux, régionaux ou départementaux.

L’indemnité mentionnée au premier alinéa est soumise au régime de cotisations et contributions sociales prévu pour les indemnités versées par l’Etat.
