The federation shall submit the application for renewal of the approval to the Minister responsible for sport at least four months before the expiry date of the approval. The decision by which the Minister responsible for sport refuses to grant or renew approval is substantiated and notified to the federation. Withdrawal of approval is decided by a reasoned decision of the Minister for Sport. This order is published in the Journal officiel de la République française. The federation benefiting from the approval is informed in advance of the reasons for which the withdrawal of approval is envisaged, and is given the opportunity to present its observations.

The approved sports federation undertakes to disseminate and promote the principles of the Republican Commitment Contract among its members who are : 1° An association affiliated to the federation; 2° A licence holder of the federation; 3° A profit-making organisation whose purpose is the practice of one or more of the federation’s disciplines and which they authorise to issue licences; 4° An organisation whose purpose is not the practice of…
