Article R131-5 of the French Sports Code

The application for approval must be accompanied by:

1° A copy of the articles of association, the internal rules and the disciplinary rules, as well as a copy of the receipt for the declaration provided for inarticle 5 of the law of 1 July 1901 on the contract of association;

2° The minutes of the last three general meetings;

3° The balance sheets and operating accounts for the last three financial years and the budget for the current financial year;

4° The last three activity reports;

5° The document in which the federation’s legal representative certifies on his or her honour that the federation undertakes to comply with the contract of republican commitment referred to in article L. 131-8 and the additional commitments provided for in article R. 131-11.

The federations mentioned in article R. 131-4 produce the documents mentioned in 2°, 3° and 4° corresponding to their period of existence.

Article R131-5

Sont joints à la demande d’agrément :

1° Un exemplaire des statuts, du règlement intérieur et du règlement disciplinaire ainsi qu’une copie du récépissé de la déclaration prévue à l’article 5 de la loi du 1er juillet 1901 relative au contrat d’association ;

2° Les procès-verbaux des trois dernières assemblées générales ;

3° Les bilans et comptes d’exploitation des trois derniers exercices clos et le budget de l’exercice en cours ;

4° Les trois derniers rapports d’activité ;

5° Le document par lequel le représentant légal de la fédération atteste sur l’honneur que celle-ci s’engage à respecter le contrat d’engagement républicain mentionné à l’article L. 131-8 et les engagements complémentaires prévus à l’article R. 131-11.

Les fédérations mentionnées à l’article R. 131-4 produisent les documents mentionnés aux 2°, 3° et 4° correspondant à leur durée d’existence.
