Article D1332-31 of the French Public Health Code

When the person responsible for a bathing water is a local authority or a group of local authorities, the information provided for in articles D. 1332-21, D. 1332-22, D. 1332-24 and D. 1332-28 to D. 1332-30 is sent directly between the person responsible for the bathing water and the Prefect. The Director General of the Regional Health Agency sends the Prefect the information he receives in application of these articles, together with his observations.

Article D1332-31

Lorsque la personne responsable d’une eau de baignade est une commune ou un groupement de collectivités, les transmissions d’informations prévues aux articles D. 1332-21, D. 1332-22, D. 1332-24 et D. 1332-28 à D. 1332-30 s’effectuent directement entre la personne responsable de l’eau de baignade et le préfet. Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé transmet au préfet les informations qu’il reçoit en application de ces articles, accompagnées de ses observations.
