Article D1423-58 of the French Labour Code

The allowances provided for in articles D. 1423-56 and D. 1423-57 are paid on a monthly basis after the registrar, who is responsible for collecting information, verifying and certifying applications for payment of holiday allowances, has drawn up an hourly statement endorsed by the president of the industrial tribunal or, in his absence, by the vice-president. Any half-hour started is due. It gives rise to the allocation of a half-hourly fee.
