The number of hours compensated each month for the time devoted to their administrative activities by the chairmen and vice-chairmen of industrial tribunals may not exceed the periods set out in the table below:

DESIGNATION of industrial tribunals	MAXIMUM NUMBER of compensable hours
Councils with 40 councillors or less	17 hours per month
Councils with more than 40 and less than 60 councillors	26 hours per month
Councils with 60 or more councillors	39 hours per month
Bobigny, Lyon, Marseille and Nanterre Councils	60 hours per month
Paris Council	100 hours per month

Le nombre d’heures indemnisées chaque mois pour le temps que consacrent à leurs activités administratives les présidents et vice-présidents de conseils de prud’hommes ne peut dépasser les durées fixées au tableau ci-après :
