Sentenced persons incarcerated in support structures on their way out may benefit from the temporary absences provided for in article D. 143 without any time limit.
The duration of such leave may be extended to five days.

The duration of such leave may be extended to five days.
Les personnes condamnées incarcérées dans les structures d’accompagnement vers la sortie peuvent bénéficier des permissions de sortir prévues à l’article D. 143 sans condition de délai.
A leur égard, la durée de ces permissions peut être portée à cinq jours.
