The following may participate in the work of the Supervisory Board in an advisory capacity:

1° The accounting officer ;

2° The regional director of public finance or, for the Ile-de-France region, the budget and accounts controller of the Ministry of Health;

3° The chairman of the regional conference on health and autonomy.

Peuvent participer avec voix consultative aux travaux du conseil de surveillance :

1° L’agent comptable ;

2° Le directeur régional des finances publiques ou, pour la région Ile-de-France, le contrôleur budgétaire et comptable du ministère chargé de la santé ;

3° Le président de la conférence régionale de la santé et de l’autonomie.
