Article D1432-18 of the French Public Health Code

If, during his or her term of office, a member of the Supervisory Board falls under one of the incompatibilities or incapacities provided for in II of article L. 1432-3 of this code, his or her duties shall be terminated by a joint order of the ministers responsible for health, health insurance, the elderly and the disabled.

Si, au cours de son mandat, un membre du conseil de surveillance vient à relever d’une incompatibilité ou incapacité prévue au II de l’article L. 1432-3 du présent code, il est mis fin à ses fonctions par un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la santé, de l’assurance maladie, des personnes âgées et des personnes handicapées.
