I.-The decisions of the Supervisory Board are enforceable fifteen days after they are received by the ministers responsible for health, health insurance, the elderly and the disabled, unless the ministers give their reasons for objecting within this period.
If the Ministers object, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board submits the amended decision to the Board for reconsideration, taking into account the reasons given by the Ministers. If the Board fails to approve the amended decision within one month, it may be declared enforceable by a joint decision of the Ministers for Health, Sickness Insurance, the Elderly and the Disabled.
Decisions relating to the Agency’s budget and amendments thereto are enforceable under the conditions laid down in article R. 1432-56.
II – In the event of an emergency, the ministers responsible for health, health insurance, the elderly and the disabled may, by joint decision, authorise the immediate implementation of a decision.
