Article D1432-29 of the French Public Health Code

The following persons participate in the work of the Regional Health and Autonomy Conference and its various committees in an advisory capacity:

-the regional prefect

the president of the regional economic, social and environmental council; – the heads of government departments in the region

-the heads of government departments in the region;

-the director general of the regional health agency;

-a member of the councils of the local health insurance bodies under the general scheme and, in the Alsace and Lorraine regions, a representative of the Alsace-Moselle local scheme;

-a director of a local health insurance body under the mutualité sociale agricole.

Participent, avec voix consultative, aux travaux de la conférence régionale de santé et de l’autonomie et au sein de ses différentes formations :

-le préfet de région ;

-le président du conseil économique, social et environnemental régional ;

-les chefs de services de l’Etat en région ;

-le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé ;

-un membre des conseils des organismes locaux d’assurance maladie relevant du régime général et, dans les régions d’Alsace et de Lorraine, un représentant du régime local d’Alsace-Moselle ;

-un administrateur d’un organisme local d’assurance maladie relevant de la mutualité sociale agricole.
