The agendas for the meetings of each of the specialised commissions referred to in Article D. 1432-31 are set by their chairmen. The chair of the Regional Conference on Health and Autonomy shall inform the chair of each of the other specialised commissions of the agendas thus set.
The chair of one of these committees may not refuse to include items requested by at least half of its members or by the chair of the Regional Health and Autonomy Conference.
Meetings may be convened by any means, including fax or e-mail. The same applies to any papers or documents needed to prepare for the meeting or drawn up afterwards.
Except in the case of an emergency, in particular for a meeting of the special committee in application of article D. 1432-46, the members of the various committees shall receive, at least ten days before the date of the meeting, a notice of meeting containing the agenda and, where applicable, the documents required to examine the matters on the agenda.
