In order to carry out the tasks assigned to it by 2° of Article L. 1432-1, the Commission :
1° May decide, by mutual agreement between its members, on work to be carried out to contribute to the development of the regional health project, in particular the regional health plan and the programme referred to in article L. 312-5-1 of the Social Action and Family Code;
2° Promotes the adoption of shared tools for analysing medico-social needs and provision;
3° Examines draft regional health plans and the programmes arising from them;
4° Examines the departmental plans for social and medico-social organisation relating to people with disabilities or loss of autonomy mentioned in article L. 312-5 of the Code of Social Action and Families;
5° Promotes the complementarity of actions decided and financed by each of its members, on the basis of the strategic orientation framework, the regional health plan and the programme mentioned in article L. 312-5-1 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles.
