The Local Committee is convened by its Chairman, who sets the agenda for its meetings. The notice of meeting and the agenda are sent to the members of the Local Committee at least ten days before the date of the meeting.

Le comité local est convoqué par son président qui arrête l’ordre du jour de ses séances. La convocation et l’ordre du jour sont adressés aux membres du comité local dix jours au moins avant la date de la réunion.
