Article D211-41 of the French Sports Code

The term of office for members of the Board of Directors is three years. It may be renewed.

If the seat of a member of the Board of Directors falls vacant more than six months before the expiry of his/her term of office, another member is appointed under the same conditions for the remainder of the term, except for elected members who are replaced by their alternates until the end of the term held by the incumbent.

Le mandat des membres du conseil d’administration est de trois ans. Il est renouvelable.

En cas de vacance du siège d’un membre du conseil d’administration survenant plus de six mois avant l’expiration de son mandat, un autre membre est nommé dans les mêmes conditions pour la durée du mandat à courir, sauf pour les membres élus qui sont remplacés par leur suppléant jusqu’à la fin du mandat détenu par le titulaire.
