Article D211-60 of the French Sports Code

Decisions relating to the budget and the financial account are enforceable under the conditions set out in Title III of Decree no. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 relating to public budgetary and accounting management.

In order to be enforceable, the resolutions provided for in 9°, 13° and 14° of article D. 211-59 must receive the express approval of the ministers responsible for the budget and for sport.

The other decisions of the Board of Directors are enforceable on expiry of a period of fifteen days following their receipt by the Minister responsible for sports, unless the latter has objected within this period; this period may be reduced by the Minister in an emergency.

Les délibérations portant sur le budget et le compte financier sont exécutoires dans les conditions prévues par le titre III du décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012 relatif à la gestion budgétaire et comptable publique.

Pour devenir exécutoires, les délibérations prévues aux 9°, 13° et 14° de l’article D. 211-59 doivent recevoir l’approbation expresse des ministres chargés du budget et des sports.

Les autres délibérations du conseil d’administration sont exécutoires à l’expiration d’un délai de quinze jours suivant leur réception par le ministre chargé des sports sauf si dans ce délai celui-ci y a fait opposition ; ce délai peut être réduit par le ministre en cas d’urgence.
