Article D211-62 of the French Sports Code

The Director General of the National Mountain Sports School prepares the work and implements the decisions of the Board of Directors. He represents the school in all civil acts.

He is authorised to take legal action by the Board of Directors.

He is responsible for the administrative, technical, educational, financial and property management of the school.

He prepares and implements the school’s budget.

He is the authorising officer for expenditure and revenue.

It concludes contracts, agreements and markets in compliance with the provisions of article D. 211-59.

It appoints to positions for which no other method of appointment is provided. It has authority over the staff.

It takes all measures, in liaison with the competent administrative authorities, to ensure the safety of persons and property, hygiene and sanitation.

He ensures that the rights and duties of staff are respected and that the internal regulations are applied.

He is accountable to the Board of Directors and the supervisory authority.

The Managing Director may delegate his signature to staff under his authority.

Le directeur général de l’Ecole nationale des sports de montagne prépare les travaux et exécute les délibérations du conseil d’administration. Il représente l’école dans tous les actes de la vie civile.

Il est autorisé à ester en justice par le conseil d’administration.

Il assure la gestion administrative, technique, pédagogique, financière et immobilière de l’école.

Il prépare et exécute le budget de l’école.

Il est l’ordonnateur des dépenses et des recettes.

Il conclut les contrats, conventions et marchés dans le respect des dispositions de l’article D. 211-59.

Il nomme aux fonctions pour lesquelles aucun autre mode de nomination n’est prévu. Il a autorité sur le personnel.

Il prend toute disposition, en liaison avec les autorités administratives compétentes, pour assurer la sécurité des personnes et des biens, l’hygiène et la salubrité.

Il veille au respect des droits et des devoirs des personnels et assure l’application du règlement intérieur.

Il rend compte de sa gestion au conseil d’administration et à l’autorité de tutelle.

Le directeur général peut déléguer sa signature aux personnels placés sous son autorité.
