Article D211-90 of the French Sports Code

The Minister for Sport monitors the operation of approved training centres. The relevant delegated federation contributes to the proper implementation of this control by sending the Minister responsible for sport all useful documents and may also carry out any checks and assessments it deems appropriate.

Le ministre chargé des sports contrôle le fonctionnement des centres de formation agréés. La fédération délégataire compétente contribue à la bonne exécution de ce contrôle en transmettant au ministre chargé des sports tous documents utiles et peut, par ailleurs, réaliser toutes vérifications et évaluations qui lui paraissent opportunes.
