Article R211-89 of the French Sports Code

A new licence is granted under the same terms and conditions as those set out in articles D. 211-86 and R. 211-87.

However, the rector of the academic region may, by way of exception, issue a new licence to a sports association or society which already holds a licence and which meets the criteria set out in the specifications, with the exception of 1° of article D. 211-85.

This approval is granted, at the request of the sports association or society, for a maximum period of two years.

Un nouvel agrément est accordé selon les mêmes conditions et modalités que celles prévues aux articles D. 211-86 et R. 211-87.

Toutefois, le recteur de région académique peut, à titre dérogatoire, délivrer un nouvel agrément à l’association ou à la société sportive déjà titulaire d’un agrément qui satisfait aux critères prévus par le cahier des charges à l’exception du 1° de l’article D. 211-85.

Cet agrément est accordé, sur demande de l’association ou de la société sportive, pour une durée maximale de deux ans.
