Les études d’avant-projet sommaire et d’avant-projet définitif comprennent l’établissement des dossiers et les consultations relevant de la compétence de la maîtrise d’œuvre et nécessaires à l’obtention du permis de construire et des autres autorisations administratives, ainsi que l’assistance au maître d’ouvrage au cours de leur instruction.
