The filing of agreements and arrangements must be accompanied by the following documents:
1° In all cases,
a) The signed version of the parties;
b) A copy of the letter, electronic mail or dated receipt or acknowledgement of receipt notifying all representative organisations of the text following the signature procedure;
2° For branch, group, company, establishment and inter-company agreements,
a) A publishable version as referred to in article L. 2231-5-1, which takes account, where applicable, of the amendments made in accordance with I. of article R. 2231-1-1 ;
b) The document mentioned in I. of article R. 2231-1-1, if applicable;
3° In the case of group, company, establishment and inter-company agreements: the minutes mentioned in 2° of article D. 2232-2, if applicable;
4° In the case of company agreements,
c) The list mentioned in article D. 2231-6, if applicable.
A receipt is issued to the applicant.
The format of these documents is specified by decree.
