Article D2231-8 of the French Labour Code

Declarations of accession or denunciation, made in application of articles L. 2261-3 and L. 2261-9, are deposited, in accordance with the procedures laid down in article D. 2231-4 and in 1 ^o of article D. 2231-7, by the party that has signed them with the department that holds the agreement or convention that they concern.
A receipt is issued to the depositor.

Les déclarations d’adhésion ou de dénonciation, intervenues en application des articles L. 2261-3 et L. 2261-9, sont déposées, selon les modalités prévues à l’article D. 2231-4 et au 1 ^o de l’article D. 2231-7, par la partie qui en est signataire au service dépositaire de la convention ou de l’accord qu’elles concernent.
Un récépissé est délivré au déposant.
