These provisions are also applicable to medical devices with certificates issued in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC concerning medical devices, which may be placed on the French market until 26 May 2024, pursuant to paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 120 of Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
