Article D2315-29 of the French Labour Code

A contracts committee is set up within the social and economic committee which exceeds, for at least two of the three criteria, the following thresholds:

1° The number of fifty employees at the end of a financial year ;

2° The amount stipulated in 2° of article R. 612-1 of the French Commercial Code for the annual resources defined in article D. 2315-34;

3° The amount of the balance sheet total provided for in 3° of article R. 612-1 of the French Commercial Code.

The threshold mentioned in article L. 2315-44-2 is set at 30,000 euros.

Article D2315-29

Une commission des marchés est créée au sein du comité social et économique qui dépasse, pour au moins deux des trois critères, les seuils suivants :

1° Le nombre de cinquante salariés à la clôture d’un exercice ;

2° Le montant prévu au 2° de l’article R. 612-1 du code de commerce de ressources annuelles définies à l’article D. 2315-34 ;

3° Le montant du total du bilan prévu au 3° de l’article R. 612-1 du code de commerce.

Le seuil mentionné à l’article L. 2315-44-2 est fixé à 30 000 euros.
