Approval is withdrawn by the regional prefect if the branch office ceases to meet the conditions laid down for its issue or is no longer able to carry out its tasks.
The branch will be informed in advance of the reasons for the proposed withdrawal and given the opportunity to submit observations within eight days.
L’agrément est retiré, par le préfet de région, lorsque l’antenne cesse de remplir les conditions prévues pour sa délivrance ou n’est plus en mesure d’assurer ses missions.
L’antenne est préalablement informée des motifs pour lesquels le retrait est envisagé et mise à même de présenter des observations dans un délai de huit jours.
