Article D2411-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions set out in articles L. 2122-4 and L. 2122-7, in the first and second paragraphs of article L. 2122-8 and article L. 2122-13, apply to the election of the chairman of the trade union commission. The chairman’s term of office expires when his successor is installed.

Les dispositions prévues aux articles L. 2122-4 et L. 2122-7, aux premier et deuxième alinéas de l’article L. 2122-8 et à l’article L. 2122-13, s’appliquent à l’élection du président de la commission syndicale. Le mandat du président expire à l’installation de son successeur.
