Article D2573-24 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The articles R. 2241-1 to R. 2241-5 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptation provided for in II.

II. – The last paragraph of Article R. 2241-2 reads as follows: “This certificate must include the identity of the parties and the description of the property”.
