Article D2573-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The provisions of Chapter I, Title II, Book I of Part Two mentioned in the left-hand column of the tables reproduced below are applicable in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table, subject to the adaptations provided for in Ia to IV.

II. – For the application of Article R. 2121-6, the words: “Minister of the Interior” are replaced by the words: “Minister responsible for Overseas Territories”.

III. – (Repealed).

IV. – (Repealed).
