Article D2651-3-1 of the French Public procurement code

For the application of Article D. 2192-2 in the Wallis and Futuna Islands :

a) The words “to L. 2192-3” are replaced by the words “and L. 2192-2” ;

b) Where necessary, the reference to the identity number determined in application of article R. 123-221 of the Commercial Code is replaced by the reference to the locally applicable company register number.

b) En tant que de besoin, la référence au numéro d’identité déterminé en application de l’article R. 123-221 du code de commerce est remplacée par la référence au numéro du répertoire des entreprises applicable localement.
