Operators of cinematographic entertainment establishments may opt to specialise one or more cinematographic entertainment venues in the showing of pornographic cinematographic or audiovisual works or documents appearing, as such, on the list provided for in Article L. 311-2. The option is exercised theatre by theatre.
Les exploitants d’établissements de spectacles cinématographiques peuvent opter pour la spécialisation d’une ou de plusieurs salles de spectacles cinématographiques dans la représentation d’œuvres ou de documents cinématographiques ou audiovisuels à caractère pornographique figurant, à ce titre, sur la liste prévue à l’article L. 311-2. L’option est exercée salle par salle.
