Article D3115-9 of the French Public Health Code

The manager of a point of entry shall inform the service providers operating within its point of entry of the general hygiene rules defined in particular in Book III of Part One of this Code.

The person responsible for the production or distribution of water for human consumption shall make available to aircraft operators or ship’s agents or their representatives, on request, the results of water quality analyses of its installations within the point of entry.

Le gestionnaire d’un point d’entrée informe les prestataires de services intervenant au sein de son point d’entrée sur les règles générales d’hygiène définies notamment au livre III de la première partie du présent code.


La personne responsable de la production ou de la distribution d’eau en vue de la consommation humaine met à la disposition des exploitants d’aéronefs ou des agents consignataires du navire ou de leur représentant qui en font la demande les résultats des analyses de la qualité de l’eau de ses installations au sein du point d’entrée.
