Article D325-3-4 of the French Tourism Code

Community facilities belonging to a municipality or to third parties and located outside the area where the holiday village is set up may be taken into account for classification if an agreement concluded between this municipality or these third parties and the operator stipulates, for a minimum period of ten years, free access for users of the holiday village as part of the fixed price for the stay.

Les équipements collectifs d’animation appartenant à une commune ou à des tiers et situés en dehors du terrain où est installé le village de vacances peuvent être pris en compte pour le classement si une convention conclue entre cette commune ou ces tiers et l’exploitant stipule pour une durée minimale de dix ans leur libre accès aux usagers du village de vacances dans le cadre du prix forfaitaire de séjour.
