Article D3513-1 of the French Public Health Code

A poster reminding the public of the provisions of article L. 3513-5 is placed in public view in the establishments of tobacconists, all shops, public places or distributors selling these products.

When the product is sold online, the provisions of article L. 3513-5 are reminded on an information banner permanently displayed on the product’s online payment page.

The model for this poster and banner are determined by joint order of the Minister for Customs and Indirect Taxation and the Minister for Health.

In the local authorities governed by Article 73 of the Constitution, in Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the words: “the establishments of tobacco retailers” provided for in the first paragraph of this article are deleted.

Une affiche rappelant les dispositions de l’article L. 3513-5 est placée à la vue du public dans les établissements des débitants de tabac, tous commerces, lieux publics ou distributeurs vendant ces produits.

Lorsque le produit est vendu en ligne, les dispositions de l’article L. 3513-5 sont rappelées sur un bandeau d’information s’affichant en permanence sur la page internet de paiement en ligne du produit.

Le modèle de cette affiche et de ce bandeau sont déterminés par arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé des douanes et des droits indirects et du ministre chargé de la santé.

Dans les collectivités régies par l’article 73 de la Constitution, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, les mots : “ les établissements des débitants de tabac, ” prévus au premier alinéa du présent article sont supprimés.
