Article D3844-3 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of article R. 3222-6:

1° The words: “the director of the regional health agency” are replaced by the words: “the locally competent health authority”;

2° In the last paragraph, the words “Minister for Health” are replaced by the words “State representative”.

Pour l’application de l’article R. 3222-6 :

1° Les mots : ” le directeur de l’agence régionale de santé ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” l’autorité localement compétente en matière de santé ” ;

2° Au dernier alinéa, les mots : ” ministre chargé de la santé ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” représentant de l’Etat “.
