The authorisation to practise provided for in article L. 4061-7 may only be issued if the military health professional working for a foreign army meets the following conditions:
1° He/she is legally resident and working in France;
2° He/she is physically and mentally fit to perform the duties required for the training he/she has undergone;
3° He/she meets, where applicable, the conditions for immunisation against certain diseases set i n application of article L. 3111-4; 4° He/she has the level of command of the French language required for the training he/she has undergone and for performing the duties required for this training. 3111-4;
4° Prove that they have the level of proficiency in the French language required for the training followed and for the performance of the duties required for this training. A derogation from this obligation may be granted when the duties are performed without contact with patients and without participation in the duty shift;
5° Demonstrate professional skills that offer sufficient guarantees for public health.
