Article R4061-1 of the French Public Health Code

Military healthcare professionals covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code receive, at the time of registration provided for in article L. 4061-1 of this Code, a certificate issued by the Minister for Defence, the content and conditions of validity of which are set by order of the latter.
