I.-The commission is composed as follows:
1° The director general of the Centre national de gestion or his representative, chairman ;
2° The Director General for Higher Education and Professional Integration or his representative;
3° The President of the Fédération hospitalière de France or his representative;
4° Two representatives of the Conseil national de l’ordre of the profession concerned.
II – The section responsible for examining applications for authorisation to practise submitted by doctors also comprises :
1° The college referred to in article D. 4111-9 made up, for each speciality, of five members sitting on the ordinal qualification commissions instituted byarticle 2 of decree no. 2004-252 of 19 March 2004 relating to the conditions under which doctors of medicine may obtain a specialist qualification ;
2° A member of the profession concerned proposed by the national organisations of practitioners holding a diploma acquired outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, depending on the speciality in which authorisation to practise is requested.
III – The section responsible for examining applications for authorisation to practise submitted by dental surgeons also includes :
1° Two members proposed by the trade unions representing dental surgeons ;
2° One member of the profession concerned proposed by the national organisations of practitioners holding a diploma acquired outside the European Union or the European Economic Area;
3° One dental surgeon from among the permanent teaching and hospital staff governed by decree no. 2021-1645 of 13 December 2021 relating to the teaching and hospital staff of university hospital centres;
4° Two dental surgeons specialising in dento-facial orthopaedics to examine applications for authorisation to practise in the specialty of dento-facial orthopaedics;
5° For the examination of applications for authorisation to practise in the field of oral surgery or oral-dental medicine, two dental surgeons specialising in oral surgery or oral-dental medicine;
6° One member of the professional associations.
IV-The section responsible for examining applications for authorisation to practise submitted by midwives also includes :
1° Two members chosen from representative midwives’ trade unions ;
2° One member of the profession concerned proposed by the national organisations of practitioners holding a diploma acquired outside the European Union or the European Economic Area;
3° One midwife school director;
4° A member of the professional associations.
V.-A representative of a reception or assistance association for refugee healthcare professionals, appointed by the Minister for Health, is added to each of the sections in an advisory capacity.
For each of the full members mentioned in 2° of II, III and IV, a deputy is appointed under the same conditions. The alternate sits on the committee in the absence of the full member.
These full members and alternates are appointed by order of the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion, on behalf of the Minister for Health, for a renewable term of five years.
