Article D4111-12-1 of the French Public Health Code

Proof of a sufficient level of proficiency in the French language, as mentioned in I of article L. 4111-2, must be provided when registering for the knowledge verification tests mentioned in the second paragraph of the same article, by obtaining one of the qualifications specified by order of the Minister for Health. Applicants of French nationality and foreign residents are exempt from this requirement.

Il est justifié du niveau suffisant de maîtrise de la langue française mentionné au I de l’article L. 4111-2 lors de l’inscription aux épreuves de vérification des connaissances mentionnées au deuxième alinéa du même article, par l’obtention d’un des titres prévus par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé. Les candidats de nationalité française et les internes à titre étranger sont dispensés de cette justification.
