Article D4113-117 of the French Public Health Code

On the basis of the information communicated to them by the departmental councils, the national councils send the Minister for Health and the body designated for this purpose by order a weekly update of the information resulting from registration on the register and the operations provided for in the first three paragraphs of article D. 4113-115.

For the doctors, dental surgeons and midwives mentioned in article L. 4112-6, the corresponding information is sent by the authority to which they report.

Article D4113-117

A partir des informations qui leur sont communiquées par les conseils départementaux, les conseils nationaux transmettent au ministre chargé de la santé ainsi qu’à l’organisme désigné à cet effet par arrêté une mise à jour hebdomadaire des éléments issus de l’inscription au tableau et des opérations prévues aux trois premiers alinéas de l’article D. 4113-115.

Pour les médecins, chirurgiens-dentistes et sages-femmes mentionnés à l’article L. 4112-6, la transmission des éléments correspondants est assurée par l’autorité dont ils relèvent.
