Data transmitted in application of articles D. 4113-117 and D. 4113-119 are deemed to have been validated by the body or authority that transmitted them.

The information in the register referred to in article D. 4113-118, with the exception of information of a statistical nature or obtained by statistical construction, may be relied upon by any institution or authority required to use it in the context of procedures falling within its remit, without professionals having to produce the supporting documents on the basis of which this information was established.

Les données transmises en application des articles D. 4113-117 et D. 4113-119 sont réputées validées par l’organisme ou l’autorité qui en a assuré la transmission.

Les informations du répertoire mentionné à l’article D. 4113-118, à l’exclusion de celles ayant un caractère statistique ou obtenues par construction statistique, sont opposables à toute institution ou autorité conduite à les utiliser dans le cadre des procédures relevant de sa compétence, sans que les professionnels aient à produire à cette occasion les pièces justificatives au vu desquelles ces informations ont été établies.
