Article D4125-33 of the French Public Health Code

The Chairman and the members of the Executive Committee of a Council of the Ordre may receive an allowance, the amount of which is determined on the basis of the duties and workload of each member and may be reviewed annually by the Council concerned at its plenary session devoted to the budget.

The annual amount of this allowance, granted for a purpose other than covering the expenses mentioned in the fourth paragraph of article L. 4125-3-1, may not exceed, for the year in question, three times the annual ceiling provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 241-3 of the Social Security Code.

The procedures for distributing this compensation are specified in the treasury regulations of the ordinal bodies, in compliance with the budget allocated to each ordinal body by the National Council in accordance with the provisions of article L. 4122-2. They shall be published in accordance with the conditions laid down in article L. 4125-3-1.

Le président et les membres du bureau d’un conseil de l’ordre peuvent bénéficier d’une indemnité dont le montant est fixé en fonction des missions et de la charge de travail de chacun et révisable annuellement par le conseil intéressé lors de sa session plénière consacrée au budget.

Le montant annuel de cette indemnité, attribuée à un autre titre que la prise en charge des frais mentionnés au quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 4125-3-1, ne peut excéder pour l’année considérée trois fois le plafond annuel prévu au premier alinéa de l’article L. 241-3 du code de la sécurité sociale.

Les modalités de répartition de cette indemnisation sont précisées dans le règlement de trésorerie des instances ordinales, dans le respect du budget alloué à chaque instance ordinale par le Conseil national conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 4122-2. Elles sont publiées dans les conditions prévues par l’article L. 4125-3-1.
