Article D4221-7 of the French Public Health Code

The tests to verify the knowledge referred to in article L. 4221-12, which are written and anonymous, comprise, for pharmacy and, where appropriate, for medical biology :

1° A test of fundamental knowledge ;

2° A test of practical knowledge.

An order of the Minister for Health sets the organisational procedures for the knowledge verification tests.

Les épreuves de vérification des connaissances mentionnées à l’article L. 4221-12, écrites et anonymes, comportent, pour la pharmacie et, le cas échéant, pour la biologie médicale :

1° Une épreuve de vérification des connaissances fondamentales ;

2° Une épreuve de vérification des connaissances pratiques.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé fixe les modalités d’organisation des épreuves de vérification des connaissances.
