Article D4332-6 of the French Public Health Code

The training institutes authorised to provide education leading to the State diploma are responsible for implementing the admission procedures under the supervision of the directors general of the regional health agencies within whose jurisdiction they are located. They are responsible for organising the tests and displaying the results.

The composition of the examination boards and the appointment of their members are determined by the directors of the institutes in accordance with the conditions laid down by order of the Minister for Health.

Les instituts de formation autorisés à délivrer l’enseignement préparant au diplôme d’Etat sont chargés de la mise en oeuvre des modalités d’admission sous le contrôle des directeurs généraux des agences régionales de santé dans le ressort de laquelle ils sont implantés. Ils ont la charge de l’organisation des épreuves et de l’affichage des résultats.

La composition des jurys et la nomination de leurs membres sont fixées par les directeurs d’instituts dans les conditions fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
