Article D4332-2 of the French Public Health Code
The psychomotrician State diploma is awarded by the regional prefect to persons who, having completed a course of training, unless exempted, have passed an examination at the end of this course.

To be admitted to the first year of the training institutes, candidates must hold a baccalaureate in secondary education or a qualification that is exempt from the baccalaureate requirement for enrolment in faculties and higher education establishments.
